I’m Lily (she/her), a creative and strategic designer with over 6 years of experience across in-house and freelance roles spanning education, music and charity sectors.
Currently working as a Midweight Designer at the University of the Arts London (UAL), I lead and deliver design systems and campaigns across digital and print, while overseeing the development of our junior designers. I am a strong advocate for co-design and clear communication.

I'm highly comfortable navigating stakeholder relationships and feedback to produce high-quality work, bringing a strategic, user-first mindset to every single brief.
