I’m Lily (she/her), a creative and strategic designer with over 5 years of experience across in-house and freelance roles spanning education, music and charity sectors. Currently working as Midweight Designer at University of the Arts London, I lead and deliver design systems, campaign design and brand-led assets across digital and print, whilst managing Junior Designers’ workload and development.
Praised for my strong communication and collaboration skills, I'm very comfortable presenting to both creative teams and senior stakeholders, building positive relationships and incorporating feedback to produce high-quality outcomes. With a particular interest in collaborative and user-centred design, I bring a design thinking mindset to every brief — balancing creativity with accessibility, strategic thinking and a genuine focus on the end user.
